Heap Leaching Process with Super Gold Horse.

A structured gold-processing route designed to move from prepared ore toward a recoverable gold-bearing solution.

When evaluated for suitable ore and site conditions, Super Gold Horse can be introduced as the working reagent within an engineered heap-leaching circuit. Successful implementation depends on ore preparation, permeability, pad integrity, solution distribution, drainage, process monitoring, and downstream recovery.

Consistent ore sizing creates the physical conditions required for more uniform leaching solution penetration.

Ore Preparation and Crushing

Gold-bearing rock is reduced to a controlled particle size so that the leaching solution can penetrate the ore more effectively.

Run-of-mine ore is processed using equipment such as a jaw crusher or cone crusher. A typical target range may be approximately 10–20 millimetres, although the final specification must be based on mineralogy, liberation characteristics, permeability, and metallurgical test results.

Particle size should be selected through testing. Excessive crushing can create fines that reduce heap permeability, while insufficient crushing may limit gold liberation and solution contact.

Gold-bearing solution is transferred toward a downstream recovery stage such as activated carbon adsorption.
